Our History
Offray® has been a leader in the ribbon industry for over 60 years. The company was founded in 1964 by Richard and Roberta Offray in Reading, Pennsylvania. The Offrays started out selling trims and narrow fabrics to local clothing manufacturers. However, they saw a need for high-quality ribbons and trims for crafters and DIYers.
In 1967, Offray® Ribbon produced their first line of decorative ribbons and trims specifically for the craft and floral markets. Their products were an instant hit! Crafters loved being able to buy affordable, high-quality ribbons in a huge variety of colors, prints, and textures.
Over the years, Offray® has continued to expand their ribbon collections. Today, we offer over 2,500 beautiful ribbons and trims perfect for crafting, sewing, weddings, parties, gift wrapping, wreaths, garlands, and more!
